Get ready for an unforgettable experience as the creators behind Europe's largest live street art festival, Upfest, bring their vibrant urban art to the regal gardens of Ashridge House. This summer, the picturesque grounds will be transformed into a stunning urban canvas, showcasing the talents of world-class street artists for a day out the whole family can enjoy.

A Unique Setting
Located just 30 minutes from Euston in the heart of Hertfordshire, Ashridge House provides a grand backdrop for this extraordinary event. The Grade I listed building and its beautiful Grade II* listed gardens will serve as the perfect setting for extraordinary art installations created by 20 unique and varied street artists. Each piece will draw inspiration from the house's rich history and breathtaking surroundings.

World-Class Art
Immerse yourself in creativity as artists from around the globe present their unique creations throughout the gardens. Look forward to seeing pieces from world-renowned artists such as Liam Bononi, WRDSMTH, and Curtis Hylton, with more names to be announced.

Street Feast
Whether you're gearing up before hitting the trail or craving a pick-me-up afterward, you'll find various food and beverage options to satisfy your cravings. Weds to Sun - Pop up Art Café will be open serving hot and cold drinks and snacks from 9.30am. Artisanal pizzas and refreshing summer drinks at our pop up bar, will be available from 12pm. And don't forget, our courtyard café, The Bakehouse, is open daily.

Art in Action: Live Painting Day - August 4th
Join us for an amazing Open Day where you'll witness artists creating their masterpieces live! Enjoy a festival-like atmosphere as you follow the street art trail around the grounds, accompanied by local musicians providing summer sounds to complement your experience. Along the way, you'll find various stops to quench your thirst and satisfy your hunger, including the Art House pop-up café and bar as well as a variety of street food vendors.

Street Art Workshops
Unleash your creativity and get involved with an engaging hands-on street art workshop, led by a highly experienced graffiti artist.
You'll get the opportunity to develop your artistic skills and learn how to spray paint your name in the street art style, creating your own brilliant work of art. Take your personalised name board home with you and proudly display your original artwork at home.
Workshops are all ages 8 and above.
When booking a workshop ticket for a child, you do not need to purchase a workshop ticket for yourself. You can either drop off and pick up your child, or stay and observe without buying a workshop ticket. However, if you want to participate in the workshop, you must purchase a workshop ticket for yourself. Additionally, if you book a workshop ticket, you must also book an admission ticket.
Monday - Thursday, August 12 to September 5. 10am and 12pm each day, excluding August 15th. Pre-booking is essential.
