• Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
• Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
• In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
• A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
• A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
• Credibility's Access Card / Hynt card and/or Access Card

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• Large, black and white menus are viewable on the front of our bars. Should you have any questions about the menu on offer, please do ask a member of staff.

Please note that time slots between 16:15 – 17:00 on Wednesday 4th and Wednesday 11th December are designed to accommodate our neurodivergent customers and those with additional access needs. Audience numbers are reduced by 60% and the audio volumes of our installations are reduced. If you don’t have any access requirements we ask that you please book onto a later timeslot to ensure those who need to book onto our neuroinclusive timeslots are able to do so.

Please contact groups@seetickets.com for group bookings of 10 or more Adult tickets. Please note this is not a general customer service email, and this team will be unable to assist with non-groups bookings.
