The Wild Dining series is hosted by the brilliant Ben Quinn and his Woodfired Canteen team. Their delicious menu has been co-curated with celebrated chef Adriana Cavita, who will also personally prepare the sublime 3 course banquet on-site, in our glorious outdoor haven. 

Mexican born El Bulli graduate, Adriana Cavita, is the owner of the esteemed ‘Cavita’ restaurant in London’s Marylebone, which opened in May 2022 to a host of outstanding reviews including The Financial Times, The Evening Standard and The Independent. Known for her revolutionary approach to Mexican cooking, this is one mouthwatering feast you don’t want to miss.

MENU ONE (MEAT/FISH) 

To Nibble

Sikil pak - Yucatán style sauce, roasted garlic, onions and tomatos, toasted pumpkin seeds, served with totopos 

Carne apache - Rib eye tartar, cucumber, mustard, coriander, lime, cassava chips

Starter

Pollo a las Brasas - Chicken thigh skewers with axiote marination, pickled onion & Morita sauce

Ceviche - Sea bream, avocado, red onion, cucumber in a citrus sauce of ginger, bergamot, lemon, árbol chilies, celery and coriander

- Mooli Tostada, avocado, red onion, cucumber in a citrus sauce of ginger, bergamot, lemon, árbol chilies, celery and coriander

Mains

Zarandeado - Wild line-caught Sea Bass cooked over charcoal in Adobo marination served with lemon and green sauce of jalapeño, lime and pumpkin seeds

Rib-Eye Steak -
42 Day Dry-Aged British Bone-In Rib-Eye Steak, served with Red Mole sauce, Parsnip Puree and Grille Leek.

Home Farm is a rural venue, we endeavour to meet all accessibility requirements but we will need to discuss in advance to ensure we are prepared.

Inclement weather may restrict wheelchair access and if this occurs we will offer to transfer your ticket to another date or refund, whichever is preferable.

At Home Farm
is a season of intimate events taking place over Summer 2024 at Home Farm, Elstree, Borehamwood - accessible by tube and Thameslink on the edge of North London.
 
If you don't live locally or in London, why not consider staying the night with us in our meadow, at one of Home Farm Glamping's fully furnished yurts or bell tents, as an add on to your ticket

Location:
Home Farm is a rural location on the edge of London, accessible by tube (Edgware or Stanmore) and Thameslink rail (Elstree & Borehamwood).

Uber, and local cabs service the area, and there is a car park for anyone who wishes to drive.

Booking Fees:
We realise booking fees are frustrating, we don’t incorporate it into the ticket fee so that there’s transparency of where your money is going to. We are a small, independent organisation, and unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to process payments so these booking fees go directly to the ticket agency to cover their administration and fees.
